Advisory: Marion Man Charged with Break-In and Meth Possession
Deputy Gabe Eudy with the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged 31-year-old Tony Wesley Lewis II with Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and Misdemeanor Breaking or Entering. A Magistrate issued Lewis a $10,000 secured bond.
On August 16th, Deputies responded to a breaking or entering call at a Marion residence where they located Lewis hiding in the basement. A search of his person turned up methamphetamine.
